Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
- Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving the product.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) is required.
Non-Returnable Items
Some items are not eligible for return:
- Products that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery.
- Personalized/customized products or items marked as final sale.
- Products without original packaging or accessories.
Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Email us at contact@superheat.in with your order number and reason for return.
- Once approved, we will share the return shipping details.
- Pack the item securely and ship it to the provided return address.
Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5 to 7 business days.
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, please contact us at contact@superheat.in.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- First, check your bank account or payment method again.
- Then contact your bank or card provider—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- If you’ve done all this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at contact@superheat.in.
